I acknowledge and agree that in consideration of being permitted to participate in the EVENT
organized, staged and/or operated by The BC 4x4 Women Association.

I DO HEREBY RELEASE BC 4x4 Women Association directors, officers,
volunteers, sponsors, independent contractors or any agents and all resources,
proceedings, claims and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in respect of any and
all personal injuries or property losses which I may suffer arising out of or connected
with my preparation, or participation in the activity stated in the opening paragraph
notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by
the negligence or breach of duty of the BC 4x4 Women Association, or any of their
directors, officers, sponsors or independent contractors.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT

The activity mentioned in the opening paragraph may be dangerous, exposing
participants to risks and hazards, some of which are inherent in the very nature of
the EVENT itself, others which result from human error and negligence on the part of
the persons involved in organizing, staging or operating this activity. As a result of
the previously mentioned risks and hazards, I as a participant may suffer serious
personal injury, including death, as well as property loss.

Some of the previously mentioned risks and hazards are foreseeable, while others
are not.

I nevertheless freely and voluntarily assume all the aforesaid risks and hazards and
that, accordingly, my preparation for, and participation in the EVENT shall be entirely
voluntary.

I understand that neither the BC 4x4 Women Association nor any of its directors,
officers, volunteers, sponsors or independent contractors assume any responsibility
whatsoever for my safety during my participation in this above-mentioned activity.

I have carefully read this RELEASE of WAIVER AND LIABILITY AND
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT (the “agreement”) that I fully understand said
agreement and that I am freely and voluntarily executing same

 I clearly understand that by this agreement I will be FOREVER PREVENTED
FROM SUING OR OTHERWISE CLAIMING against the BC 4x4 Women

Association, its directors, officers, sponsors and independent contractors for any loss
or damage connected with any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain
while participating in or preparing for the aforementioned activity, whether or not
such loss or injury is caused solely are partly by the negligence of the

BC Women 4x4 Association;
I have been afforded the opportunity and encouraged to seek legal counsel prior to
executing this agreement.

 I clearly understand that the BC 4x4 Women Association would not permit me to
participate in the EVENT unless I signed this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF
ASSUMPTION of LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION of RISK AGREEMENT, that this
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION of RISK AGREEMENT
applies to the activity mentioned herein throughout this document.

 This RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK is
binding on myself, heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and
all other assigns.

 This Agreement may be in addition to another agreement I must sign as a condition
of participation in the aforementioned activity.

 That I am of the age of 19 or older, or I am the legal guardian of the participant.

 I agree that I am physically capable of participating in the aforementioned activity
and that I have no pre-existing conditions that would hinder my ability to participate in
this activity.

I agree to abide by all bylaws, laws, and regulations set out by local authorities in British Columbia and Canada (IE, motor vehicle act, criminal code, liquor laws, transport Canada, etc.)
