  1. Respect for Trails & Land – I will stay on designated roads and trails, obey gate closures, and follow all posted signs. I will leave gates as I find them and respect both public and private land. 

    1. I will observe all fish, game, and trail-use rules, ensuring that my actions do not disrupt wildlife or ecosystems.

  2. Environmental Stewardship – I recognize that the future of off-roading depends on my responsible actions. I will protect the environment by minimizing my impact, repairing damage when possible, and ensuring that anything I bring into the bush, including garbage, is packed out with me (leave no trace principle).

  3. Obeying Laws & Regulations – I will follow all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring that my off-road adventures align with legal and ethical standards.

  4. Vehicle & Safety Preparedness – I will maintain my vehicle and equipment, carrying essential recovery gear, emergency repair tools, first aid supplies, and survival necessities. 

  5. Situational Awareness – I understand that my vehicle’s capabilities, my skills, terrain conditions, weather, and trail traffic should guide my travel speed and destination choices.

  6. Fire Prevention – I will act responsibly and possess tools to prevent wildfires by obeying campfire and open-fire regulations, ensuring my activities do not pose a fire hazard.

  7. Community & Camaraderie – I will always do my best to stop and offer assistance to fellow off-roaders in need. I will be friendly, courteous, and foster a positive off-road community.

 

By following this code, I commit to responsible, safe, and ethical off-roading, ensuring a welcoming and sustainable environment for all women adventurers.
