Our Commitment to a Safe and Inclusive Space:  We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all women.  We embrace and support women from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences.  We believe in a community built on respect, solidarity, and empowerment where every member feels safe and valued. This organization exists to uplift, educate, and empower women through outdoor adventures and shared experiences. We are here to help women gain confidence, independence, and a sense of self-worth through a supportive community.

Bullying, Harassment, and Harmful Behavior:  We have a zero tolerance for behaviour that is deemed bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse, or any harmful behaviour, whether physical, emotional or verbal.  It is unwelcome and you may be asked to leave the group and/or have your membership revoked.

Freedom to Come and Go:  Members are free to attend and leave events at their own discretion (please do advise a leader if you are leaving so that you are not deemed unaccounted for).   If disagreements or discomfort arises, you are encouraged to seek a peaceful resolution or remove yourself from the situation and advise an executive member.

Respect for Laws and Regulations:  We expect all members to obey the rules of the road, the local government (ie bylaws, motor vehicle act, etc).

Sobriety, drugs, alcohol: We respect and support members who choose a sober lifestyle.  While not all events may be strictly alcohol prohibited, drinking and driving and the use or distribution of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited during association sanctioned events.  Any suspected incidences of this nature will be investigated and may result in removal from the association.

Executive Authority to Enforce Policies:  The executive of the BC 4x4 women has the discretion to enforce the code of conduct and ethics or any policies as they see reasonably fit.
